Install Java 21. Get the JRE from Adoptium (any Java 17–25 works).

Install Prism Launcher from prismlauncher.org and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Download the client pack from gtnewhorizons.com/downloads: version 2.8.4, the MMC / Prism, Java 17+ zip. The version must match the server exactly.

Import it: Prism → Add Instance → Import → choose the zip. Then Edit → Settings → Java: pick your Java 21 install and set max memory to 6–8 GB.

Connect: Launch the instance (first start takes a few minutes), Multiplayer → Add Server → gregtech.itsfin3.com:25566.
